Koia, a fast-growing plant-based CPG beverage company, wanted to streamline the sponsorship process and drive product trials through socially distant sponsorship activations.

Using Recess’ centralized sponsorship platform, Koia sourced event opportunities and executed a socially distant sampling activation at the WonderLAnd Holiday-Themed Drive-Thru in Woodland Hills, California, a key market for the brand. Sample bottles were distributed to event attendees by event organizers, which removed the need for dedicated Koia staff on-site.
End-to-end management of the sampling activation using Recess’ platform streamlined logistics and enabled the brand to reduce the time spent on sponsorship planning by 65%.
